1. స్నానం — Bathing

తెలుగు: స్నానం అంటే శరీరాన్ని సబ్బు, నీటి తో శుభ్రం చేయడం. ప్రతిరోజూ ఒకసారి స్నానమిచ్చుకోవడము శరీరంలో ఉండే తేలు, చెమట మరియు బ్యాక్టీరియా తొలగించడానికి సహాయపడుతుంది. బాగానున్న గ్రామాల్లో, ఇడివెళ్ల, వాలాలు, లేదా ఇంటి బాత్‌రూంలో సురక్షిత నీరు ఉపయోగించండి. Transliteration: Telugu: Snaanam ante shariramni sabbu, neeti to shubhram cheyadam. Pratiroju okkasari snaanamichukovadam shariramlO undE thelu, chemata mariyu bacteria tolaginchadaniki sahayapadutundi. Baagaanunna gramamlo, idivella, vaala, leda inti bathroomlo surakshita neeti upayoginchi. Meaning: Bathing means cleaning the body with soap and water. Bathing once daily helps remove dirt, sweat and many bacteria. Use safe water at home, wells or bath areas.

2. బ్రష్ చేయడం — Brushing Teeth

తెలుగు: మన దంతాలపై మిగిలిన ఆహారం మరియు ప్లాక్ మూలంగా దంతరోగాలు, మలినాలు వస్తాయి. రోజుకి రెండు సార్లు బ్రష్ చేయడం (ఉదయం, నిద్రకు ముందుగా) ఫ్లూయోర్ ఉన్న పేస్టు తో దంత-సకార్యాలను తగ్గిస్తుంది. బ్రష్‌ను 2 నిమిషాల పాటు, చలిగాలి ఒత్తితో, క్షేత్రాకారంగా చేయండి. 3. చేతులు కడుక్కోవడం — Hand-washing

తెలుగు: చేతులు చేతన, మట్టి, జర్మ్లు కలిగి ఉంటాయి. రెగ్యులర్‌గా సబ్బుతో కనీసం 20 సెకన్లు చేతులు కడుక్కోవడం చర్మం ద్వారా జబ్బులు, జ్వరం, డయారియా వంటి రోగాలను తగ్గిస్తాయి. ముందుగా స్నానం చేయకపోతే, సమయం తక్కువగా ఉన్నప్పుడు కూడా ఉరోచేస్తే మంచిది. Transliteration: Telugu: Chethulu chethana, matti, jarmulu kaligi untayi. Regular-ga sabbuto kenisam 20 seconds chethulu kadukkovadam charma dvara jabalu, jvaram, diarrhea laanti rogalanu thaggistayi. Munduga snaanam cheyakapote, samayam takkuvga unnapudu kuda urochesite manchidi. Meaning: Hands often carry dirt and germs. Washing hands with soap for at least 20 seconds reduces illnesses like fever and diarrhea. If you cannot bathe, washing hands at key times is still very helpful.

4. నఖాల సంరక్షణ — Nail Care

n తెలుగు: చిన్న, శుభ్రమైన మూడు నఖాలు బ్రర్దితార్థం. నఖాలను తరచుగా కత్తిరించి, కిందివైపు ఉన్న మాలిన్యాన్ని తొలగించాలి. సామాన్యంగా స్నానం తరువాత లేదా చేతుల్ని శుభ్రం చేసిన తర్వాత నఖాలను చెక్ చేయండి. Transliteration: Telugu: Chinna, shubhramaina nakhaalu baarditaartham. Nakhaala ni tarachuga kathirichi, kindivaipu unna maalinyaanni tolaginchali. Check nails after bathing or washing hands.
