Cut 4 panels (A-line): front, back, two sides. Waist 4" smaller than hip flare. Side seam French or flat-fell. Waistband fold-over 1.5" for naada; bias facing at hem. Hem 1" double-fold.

Pre-washed rubia cotton cloth (80s × 80s count) from Surat / Ichalkaranji mills at ₹45–80/m. Elastic from Ahmedabad / Ludhiana.
