Global #1 garment. Cotton jersey 150–200 GSM. Combed, ring-spun cotton = premium. MOQ 300–500 pcs; unit cost US$2–4 FOB.

4 main pattern pieces: front, back, 2 sleeves. 4-thread overlock shoulder and side; coverstitch neck and hem. 1×1 rib neckband 3/4" wide.

Cotton: Shankar-6 OE yarn (₹170–210/kg). Fabric at ₹260–330/kg knitted.

Can add side seams or be tubular (seamless) with fold-over chest rib.
