Refund & Cancellation Policy – Elevana.guru

At Elevana.guru, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality training, workshops, and consulting services to customers worldwide. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled, wherever you are located.
1. Course & Workshop Registrations
- Once a course or workshop has been purchased, fees are generally non-refundable, except where a statutory right applies (see Sections 6 and 7 below).
- However, if you cannot attend a session, you may request:
- Rescheduling: Transfer your registration to a future batch or session (subject to availability).
- Transfer: Nominate another participant to attend in your place.
2. Consulting Services
- Payments made for consulting or coaching sessions are non-refundable, except where a statutory right applies (see Sections 6 and 7 below).
- Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to trainer availability.
3. Cancellations by Elevana
In rare cases where Elevana must cancel a course, workshop, or session:
- Participants will be offered a full refund, OR
- The option to transfer to a future batch at no additional cost.
4. Digital Products & Downloads
- Purchases of digital products (e.g., e-books, templates, online resources) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Where you have a statutory cooling-off right (see Section 6), you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the digital content begins.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction. Any difference arising from exchange-rate movements, or fees charged by your bank or card issuer, is outside our control.
6. Statutory Cooling-Off / Right of Withdrawal (EU, UK & Similar Jurisdictions)
If you are a consumer in the European Union / EEA, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off period for distance purchases, the following applies and takes precedence over Sections 1, 2, and 4:
- 14-day withdrawal right: You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.
- Services (live courses, workshops, coaching, consulting): If you ask us to begin providing the service during the 14-day period, and then withdraw, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, the withdrawal right no longer applies.
- Digital content (recorded courses, e-books, downloads): The withdrawal right expires once delivery has begun (e.g., you start streaming, download the content, or access the course materials), where you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
- How to withdraw: Email support@elevana.guru within the 14-day period with your name, order details, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. No special form is required.
7. Consumer Rights — All Countries
We serve customers worldwide. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including (without limitation) the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Australian Consumer Law (including consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill), the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India), and equivalent consumer protection legislation elsewhere. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory local consumer right, the local right prevails.
