At Elevana.guru, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality training, workshops, and consulting services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.


1. Course & Workshop Registrations

  • Once a course or workshop has been purchased, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • However, if you cannot attend a session, you may request:
    • Rescheduling: Transfer your registration to a future batch or session (subject to availability).
    • Transfer: Nominate another participant to attend in your place.

2. Consulting Services

  • Payments made for consulting or coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to trainer availability.

3. Cancellations by Elevana

In rare cases where Elevana must cancel a course, workshop, or session:

  • Participants will be offered a full refund, OR
  • The option to transfer to a future batch at no additional cost.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

  • Purchases of digital products (e.g., e-books, templates, online resources) are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (in the case of cancellations by Elevana) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Australian Consumer Law, or applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
